To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Deal was better under Sprint - iPhone 12 free w/trade of iPhone8 or higher... upgraded 3 lines yesterday!

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

I am also Sprint user using IPhone 6s Plus. Will it be worthwhile to buy a second hand IPhone 8 to get free iphone or just upgrade my Iphone 6s plus wiht $410 off?

buy the iPhone 8 off eBay and sell your 6s Plus on eBay as well.

I have a similar plan, Simple choice with 8 lines, its my understanding that internet has always been unlimited. However, only the 1st 4gb are at high speed and then after that its low speed 3G/2G. So, I'm wondering with this announcement, will we get bumped up to unlimited high speed data or does everything remain the same.
High speed!

sorry newbie here. how would you handle it? Buy iPhone 8 first and then activate Sprint service, then sell iPhone 6s Plus? There would be now waiting time for how long should I use iPhone 8 to qualify for free iPhone 12? How long would it promotion last?

Why on Earth would people call executive offices to ask them to approve a workaround to your benefit smh

Does anyone know if the iphone 11 upgrade to 12 is limited to 4 lines per account like the free sammy phone? Have 6 iphone11s currently active on my account and wouldnt mind upgrading them all. I havent clicked through all the posts but i presume someone has mentioned cash back/points cards benefiting from paying each line off early right? Might be another way to recoup the taxes paid up front.

Wow that is awesome, You Win The Internet Today! I bet many people don't have that plan anymore. So how much is your total with taxes/fees? Also are you able to add additional lines & even MI mobile internet lines?
Around $8 in additional taxes and fees. I have not tried to add additional lines because I know they won't let me so I won't even attempt that.

It wasn't easy to keep the $9.99 plan for such a long time since 2007 because virtually all US phones except iPhones are blacklisted by T-zones, so I can only use iPhones. Also no sharing data via hotspot with this plan so it makes the unlimited unthrottled T-zone data much less useful since I don't use a ton of data with just one phone.

Can you actually ask TM associate to change your plan by giving another (hopefully) better SOC?

Is it that simple?
I got a rep to change me to an unlimited data plan for $0. Big Grin

I did. Sorry took a while to find it. But I got an rep to give me unlimited data with 6Gb HS for $0. I tried for yours, if you had the 10Gb HS one, but she said that was for Simple Choice only and even tho I have Select Choice, its wasn't an option. I tried to say, well an T-Mobile Rep at the store claimed its was for select choice but its a no go. But she took an hour and tried other old SOC codes, and finally said the other one, I mention worked, and she would monitor my account to make sure its sticks. If true, then $20 for unlimited everything is AMAZING! Thanks you Smilie

YMMV depending on state, but for me paying $23 in tax for a trade in of $5 tracfone flipper to an A32 is well worth the effort (even if bill credits, lol I know)
