To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

I'm not sure what question to ask though.
is it like "can I get a hookup" or "kickback" valid? since I don't even know what they are.

yes, a noob here in this kind of a thing
Do let us know what happens. Unless Tmo started to turn a blind eye to adding Kickback and 20% hookup to non grandfathered accounts, just to set your expectations this was a fools errand, curious minds want to know though. Hope it works out for you.

How long ago did you get this done.

I have only know if ONE other SDr who succeeded in this on a non grandfathered plan out of discount window, especially for kickback.

While I agree non US reps are best to pull these stunts...

If you ask one too many times you may get a cease and desist letter from T-Mobile legal, that you can ignore or not...ask how I knowRoll Eyes (Sarcastic)
What does that letter say?

free line with kickback at line level gets u 0 credit
free line with kick back at account level gets u $10 if u use less than 2gb theoretically
$10 credit is without hook up. with hook up is $8
You know how to fix Kickback credits? I moved from 8 lines to 9+ lines, now I don't get KB credits.

In no way do I disagree with you. But I'm really curious as to why a wall street company is willing to even give my 9 other lines Free Unlimited. Like I get what you mean. They don't want people dropping there unlimited paid plans to get free upgrade. But I just don't think they want to advertise that. I personally think they just want to unify there entire subscriptions to an Unlimited Tag line. IDK. I mean I agree I should probably not tell everyone to be as optimistic as me. But I just really don't see how they can screw me when there language clearly says the line needs to be established. So I'm just saying why not. But of course nobody knows Jack crap including me haha.
If you want to be a target of a buyout from a mega company what do you do?

Maybe it was your comment I read, maybe you and the ONE I'm referring to are one and the same.

Was there a promo for hookup running concurrently during the time?
Have you had hookup on any of your account lines before this?
And is the kickback soc the same as the other lines?

Sometimes our overseas brethren will say something was done but actually they push it off to the "offline" team, which is business, they will subsequently deny it. Or in case of kickback for free lines it actually doesn't deduct from the bill, let us know on your next bill. Are you able to verify soc was added.

If you had them on your account before it should be very easy to get them back. Just call up or social media and tell them it dropped off from a plan change they will get them back quickly.

The addon is there, I just don't get the credits. I think the rep re-added it wrong
