To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

Sigh. Not all phones are free after bill credits. If you agreed to buy a phone for say $700 and get back $360 over 24 months, yes, you will pay off MORE after 12 months than what you're getting back in remaining bill credits because the phone was never free.

$700 full price
$360 total credits

$350 remaining balance after 12 months, $180 remaining credits after 12 months.

Honestly, if understanding how EIP bill credits work is too difficult I'd just skip the deal. Let alone doing multiple EIP credit deals on the same line. For everyone else, paying off your current phone + promo to finance a new phone and get a new EIP promo is a good way to stack deals over the years.. assuming of course you don't intend to leave T-Mobile.
Thanks from somewhere

Just used 4.8GB hotspot to confirm my SC plan has been updated to the Unlimited and 5GB free hotspot. Got this message.

You've used 80% of Smartphone Mobile Hotspot high speed data on your T-Mobile plan. At 100%, your Smartphone Mobile Hotspot speed will be limited to 128 kbps until 04/21/2021. Data on your smartphone will still be high speed. Buy more at t-mo.co/Upgrade-4G

Notice how it says Data on your smartphone will still be high speed!

Quite the unexpected upgrade, Desi! Are y'all (Sprint) eligible for the flip phone>>>A32 trade up?

EDIT: it does say in the press release that all TMO and Former Sprint customers (Im guessing that's you and those still on "Sprint") will get the unlimited upgrade if you were on metered data plans. . .not as clear if that applies to phone tradeup as well. . .

What is the cheapest option for getting some phones for the free Galaxy A32 5Gs. Bummed that I literally dropped off some flip phones that I had lying around for several years for electronics recycling last month.

well hello geech

so..

im sure we would be.

but i think that would force us to be on TM

TM signal is terrible in my area.

would like to be with S as long as possible.

plus i think a32 ($288) would probably be a downgrade for most.

most lines are iphone fans and will not part with the ip
3 x ip 8
2 x ip xs
1 x ip se 2020

only me & my son on andriod
1 x lg v50
1 x lg v40

Ha, I get the A32 being a downgrade for most of yours'. The wording is confusing, but this snippet from press release makes it seem like it includes 4G as well, as how many people have grandfathered shared/limited data plan based on 5G only???

And if you're an existing T-Mobile postpaid customer — including ALL former Sprint customers — still on a limited data plan, you're covered, too. You're getting an upgrade to unlimited. For Free.

I guess what's more confusing to me is what is a "former Sprint Customer"??? It can't mean you have to convert to TMO proper if you're showing a 1TB data allowance all of a sudden, even if not unlimited that's a bunch lol. . .

Don't current Sprint customers already have a better free iPhone 12 trade in promo going on now that includes old iPhones down to the iPhone 8 series currently?

You can probably save $2-$3 on eBay but this is only $10 shipped via Amazon Prime:

Does anyone know how to see which one of the two "Line On US 5" lines (BOGO) is the paid vs. the discounted (free one) in the long run? They both seem to say LOU 5. I tried the SOC view in FF but that does not help it seems the "preview" view is gone there.

I was wondering if there is a way to find out say by activation time stamp for example. Assuming the first one then is paid and second is free. Any thoughts?

The goal is to use the one that stays on for free for one of these promos and then cancel the "paid one" in 12 months. I would like to make sure I don't add the EIP to the wrong line.

Sadly looks like no changes or upgrades for One plans. Was hoping for more hotspot or something
