Folks,
looks like some one you took my comment to the heart...lol
I ain't against iPhones, we are an iPhone family (every single one of them, including kids) since a long time and not matter how much Apple continues to rip us off, we will continue to be an iPhone family (I believe that makes us "iSheep" in Android world...lmao), once addicted you can't leave, right?
I was just telling you (as close SD family members) how nice it feels in hands to hold a slim and way longer screen phone (which costs less than half) in hand when you are used to holding iPhones, that's it !
Anyway,
looks like there is no more making fun of any brands here looking at hardcore loyalty of SDers towards specific brands and also looks like everyone is out for blood here rather than giving casual feedback (let alone claiming one is better than another)... peace !
Based on our limited previous interactions, I was clear on what you were doing. But, my response to you triggered a couple more for myself that I upset them about this value A32 and the money I've been draining on iPhones.

- from one iSheep to another Wink

Does anyone know when this promotion ends?
I read somewhere that this promotion will stay for a year but the free 5g phone might change from time to time. Can someone confirm this?
Thank you.

Is the A32 for new customers or you have to open a line as an existing customer only? I thought it was you just trade in your phone on any current line you have.

Can't remove / cancel the line tied to the iPhone 12 you got the deal on, whether it's a new line or existing line. It needs to be active 24 months for you to collect all that $830
i kind of blew it.....the line i put the 12 mini on is a paid line...it seems like i could have removed this line and waited for the next add a free line promo...then add a free line and get in on the next round of iphone 12 promos....would have saved me $10/mo going forward.. at least thats my understanding...is that right? or would that have screwed up my One Plus plan?

Removing a line in August shouldn't have any affect on the bill credits assigned to a different line that you add now for your mom. I know you mentioned T-Mobile reps giving you different answers. If I were in your shoes, I would message T-Force on Twitter/Facebook for this confirmation as they seem to be the most informed as opposed to a random phone representative. Be clear to write that you're interested in adding a new line now and starting an iPhone promotion and just want to confirm that if you cancel a different line in the future, that won't affect the bill credits on the new line you're adding now. The nice thing about message T-Force is that you'll have it in writing (in your messages) for reference if anything ever goes wrong, which it likely won't.
Thank you! I did exactly that which confirmed your response: Where the line is not a requirement of this promotion, it wouldn't stop the credits by making a change in the future of canceling another line. the reason i ask on the promotion it says "If you cancel wireless service, credits may stop & remaining balance on required finance agreement may be due. For well-qualified customers." if I add a line and keep it open but cancel an old line thats not part of the promotion does it mean i am cancelling wireless service?
This would be referring to if you canceled the entire account. Smilie

Look at the OP, not just the title. It refers to both. The OP changed the title for some reason to not include the iPhone aspect.
I understand that, I'm not against doing any deal here, jjust to be tired of scrolling all the long comment about comparing the phones etc...

I have some old phones and I'd like to know if anyone had issues with returning by mail phones with these issues:
- Password on the phone and phone won't reset the password for me (Blackberry and old old Motorola)
- Works, but battery life is almost nil, so Tmobile would need to plug it in or charge it to test the phone
- No screen or phone damage, but battery is bubbled out a bit, and pushing the case open?

People, please stop arguing about iPhone vs Android phone in this thread. This is about the deal, if you want to do the deal, stick your comment on it, or maybe a quick review about the phone if you would like. However, don't make any unnecessary comparison. You are here because the deal is for you, if you don't like it and want to have a different phone, please move on. I don't want to scroll over all of these unuseful comments to find the information I want.
True that, lol

Not if you have added any of the other free lines in the last year. You can't remove any paid lines for 1 year following the last free line added.

I'm pretty sure the "if you cancel wireless service" is referring to the line the promotion is added on. If you cancel that line, the promotional credits will stop and you have to pay the balance due on the EIP. Anyways, don't overthink it ... you're good (I think!).

Yes free line is the best to buy a phone on EIP on since there's no cost to you.

But who knows if the next deal is the same. As time passes by the tradein value for a phone drops
