Hi you already unlocked the phone? TIA
No. Its sitting on a shelf, with one of my free line sims installed. Once I reach 40 days, I'll call and get it unlocked.

If you're buying and not using right away (aka spares) I recommend making sure the network works so you can exchange if it's bad. May be just a few bad apples or a bad FW update
How to test quickly? Can I just insert my SIM card and power on without login my google account? And try to dial any number right? I plan to ship to my relative so I do not want to enter any of my personal info yet.

Network works just fine.. I have made multiple calls, used 5G data and also tested hotspot. No issues at all. One thing which is confusing initially was it came with a sim card. I tried to use that with the phone, but outgoing calls from phone did not work. So used tmobile sim from existing phone and it worked. So if you have a line where you want to use it, insert that sim in A32.

Just set it up make calls, test 5G and hotspot. Once you are done testing, reset the phone to factory settings, pack it and ship it.

If I did the A32 offer for multiple lines on a plan, are the EIP months additive?

For instance, if I did the A32 for 3 phones on my plan, will all those phones be "free" in 24 months (2 years) or would it be "free" in 72 months (6 years)?

MEID will not work on the online system and may not work with t-mobile rep but it depends which rep you get I guess.

This method will give you a compatible imei that you can put in the system. However, is it really the right IMEI for your phone? I did this method for my HTC touch pro 2 and then put the resulting number into the same website to check and the result was a Samsung stratosphere phone.

Will it really matter to t-mobile?? Probably not, but it does give them a way to deny the phone if they wanted to.
The IMEI DEC, not HEX, worked with the online system for me FYI

My thirteen daughter will do it for me. She does not have any google account. I always set up for her old phone only call & text (T-mobile prepaid). I travel out of state until next month. I need a very quick simple test instruction done for her. Can she just insert her SIM card, make a call or text to me and browse google.com?

Except if you're coming from a LTE phone that's relatively old (2 years or older) you actually want to use the new 5G sim that comes with A32: need to go online and swap sim on that line. If your existing sim is old it may only get you LTE on the A32.

Did you activate the new sim (do a sim swap) that comes with the phone? I wonder if you have to do that to get your phone calls working with the new sim

I moved my sim from my OLD phone, still can get 5G on S20 FE 5G.

I give the IMEI to the rep but he put in with the wrong model anyway since he could not find the correct model on drop down list for Nokia. He said it would be fine he will follow up it to make sure I will get the A32 free since any models trade in are OK (he noted in the account)

24 months.
You will have 3 EIPs (on 3 different lines) for 24 months each (but all starting at the same time), and each line with EIP will also receive the bill credit, again for 24 months.
After 24 months, all 3 lines will no longer have an EIP and no longer receive bill credits.

That means you have a 5G compatible sim. I had to swap mine with the one that came with the Samsung S21 because my old sim is 4 years old. All depends how old your existing sim is.

I know I'm going to have to swap sim for my family members when they get the iPhone 12 because they've been using their old sim for at least 4 years. I usually try to save the sim that comes with a new phone because you save $10 by using it if you open a new line or need a replacement sim in the future

Could be. Got my sim about two years ago.
