I'm looking to trade in an iphone 11. If I do it in store, and they accept it, can it still be rejected later, or is that final?

Guys, looks like I am late to the game. What is best way to get the free A32, online or in store(assuming it is still available)? Thanks!

I think I was in the same situation. I did not get an order confirmation, only EIP confirmation. And nothing was under order history. About 2 or 3 days later, I got a text saying my order was incomplete. I chatted with CS to make sure the EIP is not in my line, then proceeded to make another order. This time I received order confirmations through text and email. If you did not receive an email of "Your new device order has been placed", chances are your order did not complete.
Thanks. Will wait for the incomplete text message before proceeding

Actually made the order around the same time but a day before yours. Thanks for the info

It can be rejected, such as finding water damage.

does anyone know how long TM expect to have the old phone hold its charge?
Have an old LG android, perfect screen, not wet, and can turn on.
BUT, it does not seem to hold charge for more than 2 days (when turn off).

Thought?

I finally got mine changed to the 4gb soc code as well. And it seemed to have taken effect instantly, don't know if they had to backdate or anything.
Repped. One last question, did you just tell them to downgrade your paid line to the free 4gb or did you have to explain to them about not wanting to not have to pay for the data add on anymore because of the free upgrade to unlimited?

Are you joking? Every premium phone (except for iphone) from 2013 has 1080p screen and that's 8 years ago. You must be from 2010.
The 720p screen on the A32 is the screen used on $100 Android phones.
T-mobile probably paid $50 for every A32 5G phone they got in bulk.

I explained to them the actual reason and made sure they notated it on my account too. That way, if for some reason after the 28th (that's when they said the accounts will start showing unlimited) they are not updated, I can at least say I got wrong info from CSR and it is notated, and go back to the paid SOC if required.

Once they accept it in store it's game over, you can lay blame on them afterwards, because they accepted in store and will issue instant credit on the spot.

iPhones were around 272 dpi for a long while because at normal distances, your eyes can discern the pixels. It's like a 8k display at 10 feet, you can't see difference from a 4K display . A32 at standard holding distance looks almost same as my iPhone 12 . Does your phone touch your nose when you send texts ?!
Lol.You must be looking at your phone in you bedroom from your bathroom.
Most people lookat their phone at a distance less than 1foot, and most of time around half foot when they are typing.
So your normal distance is 10 feet? You must be really old so that you are a hyperope.

Every non-blind person can see the difference between 720p and 1080p screens once they have used a 1080p screen.
If you never used a 1080p high quality screen, you may feel that the 720p low quality screen on the A32 is a "good" screen. It's like you can say a Hyundai elantra is a good car when you have no experience with a real good car.

Also all the iPhones from 2011 has dpi of 326, which Apple calls retina display.

Samsung made too much downgrade in the screen of the 5G version comparing with the 4G version, not to mention the outdated teardrop screen. Most new phones are doing ring cutout now.

I was advised to the contrary at 2 corporate stores yesterday concerning the Apple SE deal: promotion can be removed from the account if the device is determined to be damaged (it's still inspected by the third party even if turned in at the store). I'm betting others have committed fraud and have been caught and paid the piper, and will during this promotion. Believe what you will.

2 things.
1. They will not take my palm treo that's ~10years old. According to the rep, it is not in their system as an acceptable trade in. They did take an old Samsung slide phone.

2. I got the phone on Monday. By Wednesday I got this message.
"T-Mobile promo msg: Due to Buyer's remorse return line is no longer eligible to receive a monthly bill credit for the promotion. For details, go to t-mo.com/tmo_promos600". I called T-Mobile and they're still trying to figure it out. They're not sure why my promo got canceled. Will let you know when they figure it out.
