Important question. This is also available for Sprint online. So, it comes with TM sim. It said that some plans like kickstart do not qualify for "financing" and you may have to change the plan, it said.

Is this considered "financing?" (Given monthly credit)

So, if you have "unllimited on us" sprint plan, can you just swap the old sprint sim into this device?

If you do use, the tm sim it comes with (for 5g access I guess) , can you simply upgrade the device with that new tm sim without issue, and without having to change the "unlimited on us" sprint plan?

If nothing else, is it worth it to start a new number plan with TM, $15 one for 24 months to pay off the phone?

Please list your experience. Mine is backordered, I might cancel the order if it requires new upgraded plan with higher monthly charge. Thanks in advance
I have had the same question, asked a few times, have not seen a clear answer. I do have a chat transcript saved where CSR stated the plan would not change and the line qualified for the A32 deal. Will see where it goes unless someone has experience with this scenario and can tell us how it went??

So my bill cycle renewed yesterday and I didn't see anything new on my 2 lines that still have limited high speed data (they have the default 10GB data that comes with my SC 10GB LTE Family Match Promo plan). Today I saw something new. On the T-mobile app the lines still show the default 10GB high speed w/ stash as data option but if I go to account and select the line and click on plan details, I see what's in the attached picture, it shows unlimited 4G smartphone data (don't worry this includes 5G); this is my free line I added last year (hence the line name). So all 10 of my lines now have free unlimited high speed data. Those who have the cheap 2GB SC plan should have the free upgrade too; sure the hotspot quota is less than mine but I'll take that for being way cheaper than my plan.
Those interested check the T-mobile app

I am just wondering why the rep told you 28th, is that your bill cycle end date? The promo only says 4.07 and by 4.18...
Looks like I have 14 days left in my billing cycle so it's not that. I'm not sure the reason for telling me the 28th. FWIW the rep didn't even know about the promotion when I called and had to put me on hold for about 10 minutes before giving me the quoted info.

Fellow SDers,
I know you guys are busy and a bit anxious so don't want to go through the entire thread which is why you keep asking the same Q a million times "can I get multiple promos on the same line", so I finally decided to update the Wiki at the bottom and also attached the screenshot showing a specific line in my a/c getting 2 credits (1 of which is for the prev EIP which I have already paid off fully)!!!

Quote from dtmamg :
hi,

Is that max 4 phones per line, or account? thank you
max 4 per account !
If you have only 1 line then it's tricky because you need to start an EIP, wait for a cycle, then pay it off fully and then start a new one! Again wait for 1 billing cycle and then pay it off and repeat the same process...
And while you do all this, that promo should stay alive for that long...lol

Quote from sangleweb :
I did but I never heard anyone saying that paying off eip will move the promo credits to account level until now. It's not happening to my IPhone se promo as I paid it off so I can unlocked & sell it. I still receiving credits at line level so if I would have use this on my iPhone promo, then I would loose my IPhone credits & replace with a less credit which might be undesirable. I just want to confirm if anyone here able to do this on the lines previously having other promo credits. Remember the promo for iPhone or s21 having credits of at least $30 so if you are only getting $11 & no account credits, this is a big loss.
Please read at the bottom of the wiki !

I have 5 lines, all of them have used the iphone 12 upgrade offer from the iphone 11. I was told that I can also use the A32 offer on each line as well. It seems that I can just buy $5 phones off ebay/amazon, trade them in for the A32, and sell the A32s. This seems like a loophole in the trade offer system, or is there some catch to this?
Are you sure you upgraded 5 lines with iPhone-12??? Are you seeing all 5 credits under "device promotions"?

So basically good if you're already a customer and don't plan on leaving for 2 years.

I got the iPhone 12 pro deal online and sent my iphone 8+. They received the phone a week ago, and they have not credited the $110 to my account yet. Did anybody receive their credit into their account sooner than 7 days? How long would it take for TMobile to credit for the mailed in phone? TIA
Check your EIP on all of your devices. There is one time they credited to 1 of my EIP not related to the related device instead of the account level

Just spoke with TForce on Twitter. He said I'll have to give up my current iPhone promotions on my account if I took A32s. Strange....
They are wrong...
I have paid off my current iPhone devices EIPs and then immediately started the A32 promos on the same lines. Both promos will show up under the same line (the first one is considered "account level" by them)!
If those iPhone promos are on the different lines than where you want to start A32 on, then you don't even need to pay off iPhones, just start A32 on other lines !
The only rule to remember is, each promo has max limit of 4 per account !

To confirm what you are saying, we don't need to pay off EIP if it is on different promo credits?
I have 4 lines, 2 are iPhones SE & 2 are s21 promo credits, I can just add either A32 or the iPhone promo to any of the lines without paying them off or is it safer to pay them off then upgrade?

What is the maximum device promotions we can have per line ? I know they move to the 'account level' once we pay them off - but for us they still show under the same line (which is Ok).

I want to know what is the maximum, different promos we can have showing under each line.

FYI I now have 3 each on two of my lines, after this one.

Anyone can speculate if iPhone 11 would be eligible for 830 toward iPhone 13 trade in ?
Past promo allow free trade in for devices up to 2 cycles but currently, T-Mobile provides full credit for 11 to 12 only. That's one 1 cycle.
I have 4+ iPhone 11, trying to decide if I should do 4 now or wait few more months for 13. I don't mind waiting but will be screwed if 11 not eligible for full 830 value when 13 is released. Thanks

You mostly have it right, except -

You need to pay off one phone in full before moving to the next. It's also advisable to wait one month after you buy a phone to have the credits kick in, pay off, move to the next.
The line needs to stay open 24 months after the last phone purchase.
Max 4 phones. Per line.
Ah I didn't know that. So if I upgraded the 11 to 12 on one line, I'd have to pay off the 12 on that line before I can trade in another phone for the A32 for that same line?

Sorry, it's actually 4 lines. One of my lines is never used (it was a free line that I got, so I keep it active).

Are you sure past promos had 100% free trade-ins for 2 year old phones? I think even the current 1-yr old full free upgrade is a first timer.

If you want new device on the same line, pay off the first EIP and then start a new one.
