To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Deal was better under Sprint - iPhone 12 free w/trade of iPhone8 or higher... upgraded 3 lines yesterday!
Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

I have bought one a32 and paid off the line with the idea of going for another A32 on the same line. How can I check if the device credit is carried over to the account level before initiating the next device purchase?
can i ask why would you want to pay off the entire $282 with your own funds when there's many other better and cheaper phones? thought the phone point of this promo is to get it for "free" (since you are tied to 24 points of service)

You still get the credits if you pay it off early, thus still "free".

Key difference is whether it is a different promotion for the second order on the same line. I doubt if you can get two a32s on the same line by paying off the first one because they are the same promotion and doing the same promotion on the same line again would cancel the previous promotional credits.

You mentioned that your second order on the same line was from a mother's day deal, which I assume was not a second a32.
Maybe someone who did two a32s on the same line can chime in.
That's a good point. But it does not say 1 per line, it says 4 per account. So, I would not do a 10-min break with this but after a billing cycle closed I would feel OK to start another. Keep us posted!

I know for a fact the dun trick works well for the cdma legacy sprint network. looking for data points on whether the dun trick for unlimited LTE hotspot works on the GSM tmobile network before I activate and migrate my SIM to the tmobile gsm one.

Those who want to do 2 of the same promo on the same line, I did 2 of the S21 on us on the same line (T498 2021 Samsung Trade P3) and they both stuck. I paid off one S21 after one or two billing cycles, bought another, and then paid off that one again as well. Now I've gotten a different promo on the same line and am now collecting 3 promo credits on that one line.

Usually it is by default one same promotion per line for T-Mobile deals.
Not sure if t-mobile enforces it for the a32 promotion.

What does it say on your account under order status for the trade in?
There is still a "track your trade in" button that leads to the tracking results. For my other trade ins, this button should be gone after the trade-in being processed

Can I do the trade to "upgrade" a line but then keep using the "old" phone and not use the A32?

Sure, there's no requirement to actually use the A32.

Why are people doing the the trade-in online, can't you do this transaction in-store and have them inspect and take your trade-in? Also, anyone know if they'll take a rooted phone? I have an HTC Evo 4G that is rooted that I'd like to trade-in.

For this offer they've pretty much been accepting any phone that isn't damaged and can hold a charge so there's less reason to do it in store and take the $20 fee. Also, people in the iphone deal said that just because the store accepted it doesn't mean it won't be rejected when received. You are really only protected from USPS losing it as that would be the store's problem.
