I bought a gallon of this stuff. Doesn't work on my in-tacked male or female dogs. It's best to use to clean up the mess or poop then it is as a deterrent.

1 gal is actually cheaper, if you'll use that much over time. Either way, good product for cleanup; no idea if it would prevent marking (I doubt it would).

Does anyone know if this will remove dog urine stain under black lighting? I've tried this brand's other product, the enzymatic spray, and Resolve.

I've always had great luck with NM and their various products seem to work slightly differently as advertised (cat urine one excels at cat urine, etc...). Never had to use the one for marking. None of the other brands have ever matched up though I'm sure there are some I have not tried. I just saved/revived a quality area rug that stands up to the black light test. That said, this is a cleaner, it can discolor things. Test before using on anything you would not want to discolor or, make sure you do it evenly. If it is pet vomit, a couple applications (first with a bristle brush done lightly) works fine, even child vomit. But for any pee/poo stains, I do two applications and follow up with my rug cleaner using their carpet shampoo.

the gallon is $13.50 so that's cheaper than these 24oz at $3 which would be about $16 for a gallon at that price

This one has a repellant so I wouldn't get this for normal pet cleanup.

Or, you can get them fixed, which reduces marking.
