Which Mobile plan for short-term resident? (NO contract)

So like the title says I'm not staying in the country long-term (i.e. out by June / July 2021) and I need to find a no-contract mobile provider that has free (included) hotspot and UNLIMITED high-speed service (will be using the phone as hotspot a lot, in addition to calls and occasional texts).
I do NOT want a service that "throttles down" the speed after you have used 10GB at high speed or similar scheme.
I have 2 unlocked devices, both older (LG V30 and Huawei P30) but still in good working order. Would prefer NOT to have to purchase another phone.
I know there are several "bring your own device" deals, but not sure WHICH would be the best for my situation?
ANY advice or suggestions most welcome. Location : Orange County, California
