I have a Vitamix and a Breville juicer and honestly, I'm not a huge fan of juicing. It's mainly if you're having trouble digesting veggies and fruits and need something quick and easy to gulp down. You're much better off eating the veggies and fruits if that isn't a concern for you because your body needs the fiber to combat the sugar content of juicing. I find that a blender is much better to retain the nutrients and also get the fiber in your diet. If however you are looking for a smooth drink that a blender doesn't give you and wouldn't eat fruits and veggies in your diet, then yes, a juicer is a good option. Just be aware that juicing can be expensive and you still need fiber in your diet.

Beets juice is amazing on a juicer and I wouldn't normally have beets in my diet. You can also make a ton of alcoholic drinks that would taste amazing so that's a positive for a juicer as well.
It's a massive PITA, they look for any excuse to deny you, and iirc they make you pay return shipping.
If you buy it you better keep it.
It's too much of a pain for me to consider this deal. Woot is fine if you go in knowing your going to love it.

If you can find a juicer that has an all stainless steel auger or all ceramic auger that's the way to go. Lots of reviews of the plastic augers breaking and chipping away with plastic bits is worrying.

Calmdo is one of few that has an all ceramic auger and I picked that up a week ago on Amazon and I've been pretty happy with it.

Funny, Alton Brown was just using his Omega juicer on Quarantine Quitchen this Tuesday. Unlike him, just make sure you have your attachments setup properly.

Even Calmdo gets the same bad reviews as all the others. Even the ceramic auger juicers all get bad reviews. I can't find any juicer that does not have a good share of terrible reviews. If you know of any that do not please let me know! Thanks

Glycemic spike from fructose is overblown. You're not going to eat 2 pomegranates straight everyday, but you could definitely drink them. The polyphenols are all in the juice from the arils. The anti cancer, heart protecting, immunity boosting properties have nothing to do with the fiber.

I really wish people properly understood sugar. People will blindly eat a 340 calorie "fat bomb" then go on tangents about how evil sugar is, completely ignoring both the functional and nutritional advantage of fruits and carbohydrates

I have only ever had one issue with some chocolates I ordered. When I contacted them they just refunded me, not sure if this will be the same for all products.

Lol, that's totally not correct but I'll let you decide for yourself. Juicing is not a substitute for fruits and vegetables.
