I happened to see this overnight and ordered one. There are a few other highly discounted Gladiator products on the site as well. I'm not sure if the price is accurate due to the size of the discount:

My brother didn't have the departure/arrival on the same day issue, but his shipped on 4/13 from locust grove and didn't show any updates until it arrived at destination on 4/22. However, as of yesterday the store said it still wasn't available for pickup - it looks like where he lives they have a central warehouse the trucks deliver to and then they distribute out to the store and its still sitting at the warehouse.
So 4 wall panels and 4 wall cabinets in hand, but no roller cabinets.

Order 2 72" cabinets the day this went live for ship to store. Expecting a cancel like most of us. They did the Locust Grove two-step around April 15th and then nothing. Website showed 2 tracking numbers, but 4 separate pieces. Mobile app showed 2 pieces. What a mess.
About a week ago I contacted HD through iMessage like others have. Contact mirrored the 4 item shipment and said they were held up due to manufacturing delays and there's nothing they can do.
I just texted their online order support using SMS (not iMessage), and, after the contact confirmed my order, they declared it "lost", which I figured would be the end. However, they stated the item was still available to reorder with an ETA of 5/12, but said it could be longer because of a "high volume of orders". I didn't want to lose my price, so I asked "How does that work?" and they submitted a reorder, with the discounted price, now showing in my order history as "Item replacement" available for pickup on 5/17.
If you're out there, and you're still waiting, there is hope.
