Lowes has this Craftsman tool set on sale from $199 for $99. Sorry this is going to be a copy paste mess as lowes doesn't have any details on what's included in the set ill try my best.

Looks like someone got it I on clearance at under$80.
Also, the tray that it ships with is just for packing, according to reviews, so can't use as a drawer insert.

By the time you 3D print something large enough, you might as well have bought the box.
Now, maybe printing the draw holders for the different sockets…
