Literally just used this dethatcher this evening. Granted I only have about 3000-3500sqft of lawn, it took me an hour to dethatch and clean up everything (with the help of my Greenworks 80v 21" mower). Last year it took me almost 2 days to do the yard by hand. Definitely a great investment. Love my Greenworks tools. I used to use a pull-behind unit at my old house (11000 sqft of lawn), but would have used this dethatcher there too. Runs smooth, one pass is all you need. Very light, easy to push. The movement of the tines helps pull it along too.
Not true. I have a big backyard and was very helpful
How big backyard do you have? I have 10K lawn and debating if this electric dethatcher would be a pain to navigate using 100ft cable (I have 3 or 4 outlets around my home).
Anyone know where to buy just the collection bag? That's my only complaint about this device after owning it for years. Cleaning up after running it takes twice as long as just running it. Maybe I should run the mower over the lawn with the bag afterwards instead?

I just got this same dethatcher on the last deal and have 8k lawn. I tested it on one of the larger portions of the lawn and it took about 1 hour to dethatch, suck up the thatch with my cordless 40v Ryobi push mower and bag. The cord was less of an issue than I expected, worst part was the cleanup and winding that cord back up. I'm thinking it'll take 3-4 hours for a full yard project, not back considering it took me a whole day to do that same patch by hand when I moved into this house.

Order about 2 hrs ago and received a similar message. Hopefully it will ship, I might also try to do a price match with Amazon just in case
