Great TV, great price, thumbs up.

Obligatory consumer information:

Currently this TV does not do 4K120 (instead it does 3840x1080 and then upscales) and Sony is being deliberate unclear whether it ever will. So if that specific feature is important to you, caution.
Costco specs say 4 x HDMI 2.1 ports. In reality it only has two, and one of them is also eARC. So if you want to connect eARC audio, and an XBOX, and a PS5; you'll be a port short.

Only regret I have is not spending the extra $400 to get this instead of the 75". Best TV I've ever owned all across the board

Also this price at Best buy, but highly recommend you just spend the $60 on a Costco membership for the warranty.

I had a different experience bought an lg and the network adapter died in it. Called the warranty company(Allstate) they said they would order parts and send a tech. After 3 days I got an email saying the could not get parts and refunded the money I bought the tv for and let me keep the LG. I just bought this 85 yesterday with the replacement money

Anyone still experiencing the audio drop-outs and motion settings enabling themselves? I'm still running the original firmware because future updates were making TVs even worse, but I haven't heard any updates in a long time.

Just wanted to share a differing opinions for potential buyers.

Just returned my 75'' to costco. I really wanted to like the tv, but had constant ARC issues just switching inputs and losing sound. Had to restart it at least once a day to resolve. Also Struggled with dark room viewing due to the tv only having 32 zones.

I went back to my 2016 Vizio P65-C1 and honestly feel that although it's less bright, it has a better picture due to it's higher contrast ratio and 128 dimming zones.

If sony can work out the software issues, this is a really good tv, but it just didn't knock my socks off. Hopefully the new tv I bought will.

This is what I'm talking about... Did you have issues with the motion settings too?

I got this tv for $2569 earlier this year at Costco. Recently, within 30 days from purchase, I got refunded a 100 bucks because it went down to 2469. It's now past the 30th day, however I'm wondering if they will do price adjustment again, or if I should just return this and re-buy? Can anyone provide some insight?

I need to reset my audio on my Xfinity cable box multiple times daily. Timing gets off. Forgot about that. Will try firmware.

Would love to return mine also. Absolutely hate the TV and its bugs and promised features that don't work a year later. If only I bought it from Costco. Ugg

Costco also has a 90 day no questions asked return policy in case you decide to return the TV for any reason.
