This is that variation. To play the warring colonies variant you need both. Though it also contains a lone wolf variant that can be played with either one, but the main reason to buy this is for warring colonies.

I picked this up about a month ago for $3 more... I should have waited. I have yet to even touch it because it's still difficult to get a group to meet up due to the pandemic. But my group should all be fully vaccinated in a month from now.
