I have owned this stand since Nov 2020... it's rock solid and doesn't bounce when I type on the device it's holding. It's too wide to hold a Fire HD tablet in portrait mode so I have to put it in landscape mode, but it has to sit a little higher than center to avoid the power button being pressed. It holds iPad mini 2 and phones without issue. 5 out of 5 for me - I paid $21 with tax.

4 stars is pretty good. When you consider alot of 5 stars are fake and bought. And half the 1 stars are also fake. Best thing to do is look at the lowest star written reviews and see what people are having problems with to determine if you want to buy.

I have 2 of these. They work great and are very sturdy. Got them about a year ago.

We use them to hold a kindle to read in bed and a fire tablet as a baby cam monitor.

Junk. Bought this identical item in June 2020 for $25. Cheap plastic joints broke under light use within a week.
