My problem with it is that every few weeks for no reason the hdmi connection from my Samsung tv randomly stops sending audio to the sound bar and it's a stupid process to reset audio settings on the tv and my Roku to make sound come out of the sound bar again. Literally nothing changes and it randomly takes a dump. In fact, happened last night when it was working 2 hours before. For $300 from Costco it's worth it but on man when it craps out it's annoying.

Problems I have all the time:
The sound cuts out randomly. Seems to be when something comes back from commercial or something. I've never been able to pinpoint the reason
Randomly, the soundbar won't power on. I have to get up and physically unplug and replug the soundbar back in.
The app is garbage and I've never had any success getting the soundbar paired with my phone. And I've tried 2 different phones.
The sound is good when it's working. The cons just keep me from buying another Vizio soundbar.
Edit: My soundbar is connected to Nvidia Shield Pro and Vizio TV, if that can somehow explain why I haven't experienced any connection issues.

I've got the 5.1.2 model and always wanted the dome effect.
Pro tip for those software issues—turn off CEC. Haven't had a single issue since.

No matter what I hook into it, randomly every 1-30min the screen blanks out for 1-3 sec, then comes back.
I've hooked up a PS4 Pro/AppleTV 4K/Switch, and changed the output resolutions, chroma, Atmos, CEC, everything. Felt like there was a new fw update every week last spring, and I updated/retried again and again. IDK maybe it works now.
Swapped out once, then gave up. It's still a good soundbar, but that extra HDMI would be nice to have.
