Is that so? I tried to log in with the link given by OP. It comes back saying the account is locked (shitty guys, want the account number or phone number and the social security number - all confusing as I interchange numbers between myself and my spouse).
My regular log in works with email address and password. But a search for smart thermostat in their website brings nothing. And clicking the link after log in also wants those information.

Just talked to chat about what's going on and here was their answer, "In order to receive the instant rebate, you need to have electric heat with dominion energy". This is for VA. I don't have electric heat (thank god) so not eligible I guess.

It's a shame the honor system didn't work. Hmm I wonder why? There's been plenty of California energy deals lately. If you need one you can get one. If you don't and just wanna make money then sorry, you don't.

Yea they ended their discount program literally a week before I was going to buy one through them last year. I think it was September 30th
