call your bank its most likely fraud protection. For some reason phone sales online tip them off. Tell them to allow the charge.

Bought one last week for this price. Phone is flawless and has an Apple warranty until Sept. Also works fine with latest IOS and R-SIM ICCID with US Mobile (Verizon). Picked up an 11 for $349 with plan and tax today, there's also CB available for these.
The nice thing is the old RSIM 13 works now with 14.2.x. You can remove the RSIM and use the phone like it's unlocked (even shows No SIM Restrictions in settings) until the phone is fully reset again. Of course, that could change at any time.
Seems like a customer return to me, not actually repaired/refurbished. I ran the 3U Tools and nothing stood out, 2 charge cycles on battery.

No need to sign up for the coupon. SPRING25 also takes up to$100 off.

edit: Nevermind, it looks like they removed the XR from qualifying. I ordered both a XR and 11 with that coupon in the last week.

Thanks energyx Cheers I initially tried that SPRING25 coupon, but wasn't having any luck getting it to stick. Would anyone be able to confirm that it works for them, please? I went with the email coupon but if that one's working fine for others, I can update the post Smilie Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Oh, okay Smilie Never mind. Just saw your update Thumbsup Thanks and repped!

Yeah, I edited my post after I just tried. It does look like they removed it from qualifying now...

How's the screen quality? Do you think it's an original screen ?

I am happy with the new XR I got from Total around black November last year, for under $250. RSIM 15 did NOT work with AT&T, but GEVEY Pro works great. Only thing I am not happy about is the 6.1" screen size is not near as big as the 6" Nexus 6 I had. Its about the same size as the 5.5" Moto Z2 in width, just a little bit taller.

Where can you buy an rsim 13? All the eBay listings I've seen and amazon only have the rsim 15. So you have a link by any chance? Thanks.

Yes, that's exactly why I'm interested in the rsim 13, I don't want to have to leave it inside the phone.
You can also use the newer versions and not leave them in with the latest IOS and ICCID numbers.
