Bought one last week for this price. Phone is flawless and has an Apple warranty until Sept. Also works fine with latest IOS and R-SIM ICCID with US Mobile (Verizon). Picked up an 11 for $349 with plan and tax today, there's also CB available for these.

The nice thing is the old RSIM 13 works now with 14.2.x. You can remove the RSIM and use the phone like it's unlocked (even shows No SIM Restrictions in settings) until the phone is fully reset again. Of course, that could change at any time.

Seems like a customer return to me, not actually repaired/refurbished. I ran the 3U Tools and nothing stood out, 2 charge cycles on battery.

You can use any version of R-SIM that supports ICCID programming (most of them). The key is the older versions require dialing to get a menu that no longer works to set the ICCID. I keep an old iPhone 6 around to set the ICCID on them. The nice thing about the 13 is it's just a SIM, not a shim you have to jam in with the carrier SIM.
Does the 6 need to be on a certain iOS version ?

Well i would maybe try calling safelink wireless to ask about purchasing more data. I know my plan comes with 4.5 data each month.

I will see if it will tell me about more data options tho.

I'm thinking of getting the refurbed new iphone se. I really wish this was a X or XS deal. I previously got the 11 through total wireless and I just ended up hating the size and the screen resolution. That being said I had no problem using a rsim in the Iphone 11 which I kept when I sold it. Hopefully that will also be the case with the New Iphone SE.

It's a SIM card interposer (goes between your SIM and the SIM tray, allows you to use carrier-locked devices on other carriers). Unfortunately, Apple has been trying to kill this method for the past couple of years so it's a bit hit-or-miss if it works properly.
