Max discount - must pay with crypto (don't do it). I just pay with Zelle. If you're placing multiple orders, your bank may delay payment on the second+ orders. That can be a pain...not sure how to get around it yet other than to wait hours or up to a day to place a second order. Can't mix cards and discount coupons in a single order if you want to buy both Dominos and GrubHub, for example.
Discount % - sometimes they burn through the most discounted cards pretty fast with deals like this, which was emailed to EJ email list people 2 days ago. During these promos it appears they reload more of the most discounted cards at least once a day.
