I've been looking for a smaller multipurpose step ladder to use inside the house and discovered that my local Lowes were discounting this one. Item rang up as $23.20 and it looks like you can also purchase online at this price using the Lowes for Pros URL. Googling revealed that it retailed for $90 last year.

I couldn't find them at my Lowe's either, even though Brickseek said there were 23 in stock. Then I spotted one in the paint department used as a poster stand. After threatening to buy it, a discussion ensued between two employees about where they might all be.
The more knowledgeable dude left towards the back of the store, returning a few minutes later with one for me to buy. He apologized that it was a little wet.
They had them all outside behind the store. Might be worth a drive behind your store if you want to see yourself.
