Galaxy owners are better off buying a PPS battery or at least one with Q.C. or Power Delivery as they are designed to accept those protocols yielding faster and safer charging with less chance of degrading the phone's internal battery.
This deal battery does have both mico-B and C inputs for trickle re-charging and it will suffice for slowly recharging older phones and low wattage USB devices. Should one still own devices that use these obsolete specs then $14 is a good price for the build quality.
My favorite daily battery is the Apollo Traveller by Elecjet. Featherweight. In fact so light you may think you've left it at home. It refills from flat in 18 minutes and has every output protocol one could want. The ultra-fast refill means I don't need to carry a heavy battery with more capacity unless I will not have 15 minutes access to a wall outlet sometime during the day.
And is too low of a charging wattage bad for the Galaxies?
Do the higher wattage chargers get the phone battery hot...I've always known heat kills electronics.
USB-C and micro USB input, to charge the anker battery pack.

You can charge just about anything with a legacy USB trickle charger. If I had the latest Galaxy then I might wish to buy a battery which offers the same modern smart charging technology as the phone.
How much I spend on a battery depends on how much I will need to use the battery and if I needed ultra-fast re-fill on the go of the battery.
If your battery or wall charger is compatible with your phone then no it should not heat the phone. I've seen phone heating with legacy 5V wall chargers on the S7. I would hope that the 2021 models have circuitry to prevent over-charging but can't assure you of that. Use the recommended PPS wall charger and battery if concerned.
To be clear charging protocol is what needs to be compatible not wattage. The wall wart is a power supply not a "charger" . Portable batteries act like portable power supplies. Match your device power supply requirements and you are good to go. Because your phone has an internal battery the minimum wattage of the p.s. is not an issue.

Get this if you are only planning to extent your one smartphone while outside.
This is not meant for multiple devices or family battery bank.
That is bad use for this.
