The dumbbell sets are both 25lbs.
So 50lbs total.

25lb dumbbell here vs. 52lb Bowflex dumbbell. More than double the weight for less than double the price makes this item cheaper but Bowflex a better deal.

I do see bowflex set is sold as a pair. But still... this is half the price for someone who's not pushing as big a weight as the 50lb set. Hence the lower cost.
