The 24 count Ultra Soft are $0.31/m2 which isn't great, but it's good enough for a restock for me. I last picked up a little over a year's supply at Target 2020-03-01 for $0.25/m2.

Here's another pre-Covid basline in case people want to compare. The last Target deal that ran a couple different times in 2019 and again in early 2020:
1 x 12 Mega Rolls (48 Reg)

Total qty:
52 Mega Rolls (208 Reg)
1491 Sq. Ft.

This came out to:
$0.69 / Charmin Mega roll
$0.17 / Charmin Regular roll
$0.0242 / Sq. Ft.
41.336 Sq. Ft per Dollar

Comparing costs per Sq Ft or Sq Meter is the best way to do it. Even within Charmin, the sheet size varies. Unfortunately this listing doesn't show that info.

Also, FYI, Charmin has decreased the number of sheets per roll since Covid.

News yesterday said there was an oversupply of toilet paper due to low sales this year from people using their stock pile. Hopefully we do see pre-covid prices soon as we still live in a supply/demand economy.

Costco's regular price is anywhere from $22-28 depending on the location and it hasn't been on sale for over a year.
Amazon is $19.04 after S&S

So Costco is a bit bigger, but Amazon is a bit cheaper per sheet depending on what the exact price is at Costco. The time to buy it at Costco is definitely when it goes on sale, which used to happen a few times a year but since the pandemic, it hasn't gone on sale at all.
