You linked the wrong ones for the white model; was super confused for a second. Thanks OP!

Anyone have any experience with these? I've never heard of Jamo but I'm not much of an audio guy.

If you are considering these Jamos, you would wise to research Edifiers' line up first. They make several models that outperform these jamo speakers for $150 or less. I owned these jamos in white and returned because the remote sensor failed within a couple weeks, making the speakers useless without turning on/off and adjusting volume on the back of the right speaker. I own the Edifier r1700bts and r1280ts models and they both easily perform the jamos in term of sound quality for far less than $150 per set.

No issues with them; got a set of black during Black Friday.

You might have got a bum pair. The Edifier are lacking the optical input the Jamo has.

I bought them at crutchfield about a year ago for $150, returned due to the remote issue and got another pair. Remote sensor was bad on that set too from the start, would only work from like 2 feet away. Tested jamo side by side the edifier r1700 and the Edifiers were richer and louder with both music and movies. Jamos are overpriced and overrated, period.

I bought these speakers with the last deal. I was seriously underwhelmed as they sounded worse than the Logitech speakers they were supposed to be replacing. I returned them and never looked back.

The 803 are better. These are surround speakers.

I own the 809, 803, 801 and the center channel plus 2 subs from Jamo, I got the 803 for 129 + tax to replace the 801 way better that the 801 in my opinion. You should wait for the 803 go on sale again probably very soon.

Edit: My fault! these are powered monitors.
