Definitely not same price "all over", especially not with free shipping. When I posted these pliers at this price back in January it was a 4 year low. It keeps bouncing off this price. I'd consider it a "back in stock" alert.

According to CCC it was OOS at this price for quite a while. Still a good deal for this specific item especially when compared to the other lineman's from knipex. Has comfort grip, crimper, and fish tape puller. Great tool.

41.98 at lowes. [lowes.com] By me I can probably get to 10 Lowes in 45 minutes or less. So for me they are definitely "all over".

Some people don't have a Lowe's near them. Some people don't want to drive up to 45 mins each way for a pair of pliers. And some Lowe's don't carry any Knipex items in store (like mine). I have 9 Lowe's within a 30 mile radius and none in stock. OP is in stock, free shipping, and matches 4 year low. The item bounces in and out of stock on Amazon at this price because it's not widely available at this price elsewhere.

Also, so you know, a friend of mine ordered these pliers for store pickup at his Lowe's via the link you provided about a month ago. He drove at least 30 mins each way to get them and they had the standard grip waiting for him, not the comfort grip as pictured.
