Definitely not same price "all over", especially not with free shipping. When I posted these pliers at this price back in January it was a 4 year low. It keeps bouncing off this price. I'd consider it a "back in stock" alert.
According to CCC it was OOS at this price for quite a while. Still a good deal for this specific item especially when compared to the other lineman's from knipex. Has comfort grip, crimper, and fish tape puller. Great tool.

Some people don't have a Lowe's near them. Some people don't want to drive up to 45 mins each way for a pair of pliers. And some Lowe's don't carry any Knipex items in store (like mine). I have 9 Lowe's within a 30 mile radius and none in stock. OP is in stock, free shipping, and matches 4 year low. The item bounces in and out of stock on Amazon at this price because it's not widely available at this price elsewhere.
Also, so you know, a friend of mine ordered these pliers for store pickup at his Lowe's via the link you provided about a month ago. He drove at least 30 mins each way to get them and they had the standard grip waiting for him, not the comfort grip as pictured. If you brickseek the item number, sometimes the standard grip shows up and sometimes the comfort grip does.
Buyers, go amazon for this item.
