Yeah, I think it might have to do with the amount of packages you have in their shipping que. If they can lump them all into one package for shipment a few days later, they will give you a little treat.

I prefer to group the deliveries, but amazon made changes to benefit themselves and I have been a prime member since they launched it so I know how they operate now and how it has changed from the past.
