Just got my refund processed from last time. Item came as low grade B. The box was even marked as grade B and they just put the shipping sticker over it. Missing battery and accessories. Drone itself looked like it went thru major crashes. I've had really good luck with vipoutlet stuff in the past buying grade A but this time it was a joke. Be thankful you didn't waste your time.

The drone and accessories came bubble wrapped loosely in a box. There was no damage to my anything. Everything was indistinguishable from new.

I ordered it on a Tuesday morning. It arrived on Friday morning from KY.
