I don't think it is open case. See the pictures in the review. Looks like there is a cover over the open section that slides in and out

Awesome, thanks. Curious as to if it has lag issues when watching youtube on my phone. From what I've been reading I need something with APTX to help with lag issues with gaming and watching videos.

Nice! In for a pair. Have AirPods and Bose QC35 for use with my iPhone, but Im thinking for $20 these will be perfect for a dedicated wireless earbud for my Nintendo Switch Lite w/ Bluetooth adapter! Or maybe with the Oculus Quest 2.

I grabbed one just because of the battery life and wireless charging. Hope it turns out ok.

Does anyone know if 7 hour battery life is for 1 ear piece or both combined (3.5 hrs each)?
