Stumbled upon a few Hue lightstrips on the clearance end cap at HD. Price tag reflected $60.06, but looking closer one had a $20.03 price, to which all 4 of them rang up for that price upon checkout. Super steal if you're into the money pit of a hobby of smart lighting/smart home accessories. May be worth a trip to your local HD, didn't show up on brickseek, but extreme YMMV in store. As reference, I'm in west Ft. Worth TX.

Now if you go on the Philips site, there are pages and pages of extremely specific models. Many are built in lights and outdoor stuff and hanging pendants. And they are INSANE prices. You figure you can get a basic white Hue bulb with all the technology in it for $10, some of the stuff they sell is hundreds of dollars.
I have my basic Hue system in my house - 4 color bulbs, 3 white adjustable ones, and a couple of the quirky original lamps they had (HD had a sale once at like 50% off so I got the 3 remaining ones). I think they are Iris? They look like a ball with a flat side.
Anyway, with slickdeals and waiting for on sale stuff, I spent $200-300 I guesstimate over time on it. It keeps my house lit up.
