Not this brand, but still rocking an offset umbrella from aldi now 3 years later that stays out all year. Aldi has a good return policy if needed. IJS

Perfect timing, I just found my patio umbrella on the ground from the wind with 2 broken ribs.

In a part of your yard lay a small (used) tire on a large piece of plywood that completely covers the tire hole, fill the tire with concrete. Take a 12" piece of pvc pipe slightly larger than the diameter of the umbrella and tape closed one end. Push the taped closed end into the still wet concrete until the pvc is half way submerged (at least 5 inches). This ghetto umbrella stand will last forever, is rain proof, semi portable, and can be a fun/easy DIY project for you and the kids. It is ugly, and when you sell the house it will go to the next homeowner (like me) who doesn't mind using your leftover ghetto umbrella stand!

This looks identical to my at least 3 year old Aldi umbrella that is still working perfectly.

It has been outside the whole time. Other than moldy fabric that is my fault, it functions as good as new.

I have never had an umbrella, including much more expensive ones, last more the two years until now.

In for 1 even though I don't need it now.
