Was able to pick one up at a store that BrickSeek indicated in stock at $279.99 They said they weren't sure if they were supposed to, but they honored the 70% discount for me without even calling the other store. Saved me the trip to the other store to get a price adjustment.

I went today (5/9/21) to try and get one. According to brickseek, there was limited stock in a nearby store (Abington, PA). This model was actually OOS but I picked up the DP04 for 50% off at $224.99. I consider it a win.
