I know there was a $50 off $500 a couple of weeks ago. I did not get that.
Just got one for $100 off $500. So, check your email if you did not get it the first time.

Me too. Ester F was prompt and courteous and generated a coupon for me. took 5 mins. Used the online chat.
This is what I stated: I want to buy a refrigerator and was looking for the 100 off 500 coupon that was sent out. I cant seem to find it in my email. Can you please help?

I called their main office and asked for the promotions department. Their rep Ester said the coupons were only given out to people buying a Henway. I politely asked her what's a Henway and she replied oh, about 8 pounds- then she hung up on me.

I'll never shop Costco again.
