Can anyone tell me why the chat option is not available for me online? When I click the contact us button it only shows "call us". I have looked everywhere else on the site I can think of but no chat option. On hold now for what seems like forever now trying to talk to a rep. Just curious because I know the chat option has been there for me in the past.

Just got off the phone with customer service and the very pleasant rep. gave me a code. She said that the representatives have been informed that anyone asks for a code gets a code. So unlimitedx I suggest trying again. Hope this helps!

Make sure you get the e-commerce group when you call. I just called with less than a five minute wait time and was given a code. I believe I got somebody overseas who very nice but there were children playing and yelling in the background lol
