Just got one for $100 off $500. So, check your email if you did not get it the first time.

I didn't get anything in the email either. After reading the post, I contacted Costco customer service and they just told me the code in chat. So if you haven't got yours, try contact customer service.

After chatting with an agent for a few minutes, I was transferred to the ecommerce dept. for another chat. Currently number 100 in the queue. Wish me good luck.

I was able to get a $100 off $500 code after waiting about 10 minutes via chat. Once I started the chat, the CSR was able to get the code in 2 mins and I was on my way (Code expires 5.7.21). This was from about 11:50 am EST.

-I used chat category>Costco Online
-Chat Subject>Other (Online)
-I provided my Membership number even though it was a required field
-And my message was basically, I signed up for emails for offers and promo deals in my Costco account preferences and still have not received the $100 off $500.
