waited 10 min for CSR to get online, said "Hi", and within 1 min. CSR provided the code. No need to chitchat. I believe most CSRs know what is up. CSR did not even ask for membeship information or verify account. Just before you start the chat and get on the queue, make sure you input the reason why you want to chat with CSR. Bought BFG tires ($110 + $100 = $210 total savings). Best bang for the buck (percentage savings-wise) compared to Michelins since they were $130 more.

one code per log in account but could be the same membership #.
