Also just got the code through chat.
- Chat Category --> Costco Online
- Chat Subject --> Other (Online)
- I included my Member No. in the form (no order number to reference, obviously)
- My message: "I just signed up for email promotion notifications, but didn't get the $100 off $500 offer. I'm shopping for a new TV and that promo would definitely tip me to buying an OLED from Costco. Could you set up me with the coupon?"

10 min wait, agent simply asked for my member number again and gave me the code.

My rep gave me a code but said it's only valid on certain items, "The code is for select items found on Costco.com by searching "DEALS1250"

did i get jipped here

Yes, that happened the first time I tried through chat. Code didn't even work. Called into customer service and got a new code that works on all items.

for those that have use their coupon already, if you try using it again, it gives you an error message that the limit to use the promo has been exceeded. Could someone confirm if the promotion code error ends in "99XXXXXXX-XXXXX075" or if it's a different number

Umm no, it's not. A lottery ticket is by definition based on luck. A membership is supposed to be the same for everyone. This comparison makes no sense whatsoever.

I just went on chat support and told them I accidentally deleted my email code. He said hold on and then I received a code within a minute. It was perfect timing because my 15 year old dryer is about done for. I ended up buying a new Whirlpool dryer and getting a total of $250 off in discounts.
