Codes are not tied to membership numbers. Rep just wants to make sure you are a member although nonmember can probably use the codes too.

Some reps do not ask for membership numbers.

Just got it via Costco Chat. Be respectful to the agent as they are a person as we are. Having said that, you need to talk to Costco Online department. Had to wait about 20 minute after being transferred from another department.

One per log-in account so you will need to create another log-in. Same membership # is ok. This will work if you have more than one coupon code. Every code is only good per log-in. So if you have 5 coupon codes, you will need to have 5 separate log-in emails.
