I've been waiting for a deal on the 5200. Would this be a better choice? Normal use: making soups, smoothies, etc. I've read somewhere that the narrower, taller container makes it easier to blend/liquify ingredients.

I just reviewed this: https://healthybutsmart.com/vitamix-7500-review/ They compare to the A2300, which they view as the best bang for the buck. That said, I bought the E320 kit as I couldn't justify the extra $170 for the extra features in Ascent series (and dry grains container).

A2300 has sensors issues for detecting jars. Vitamix customer service told me return back to costco

I ordered this and I'm pretty sure they sent me a refurbished unit. It had scuffs and scratches....going to return it.

I got the 7500 for 250$ through the other refurbished offer and noticed this one gets you the dry container and a couple of 20oz cups as well.
Should I return that and get it from Costco or just shoot for deals on the dry container separately?
