I upgraded to this from the 6800. This one has much weaker pressure but does have "unlimited" hot water. I really dislike the remote as its double sided and triggers my automatic soap dispenser. This was the price I paid at Costco also.
All in all I would go with a different model.
Hello, you can insert soap in the unit and use the remote to trigger automatic soap dispenser? How do you do that? Thx
I have a handsfree soap dispenser next to the sink and I guess it uses infrared for proximity. The remote will trigger it whenever a button is pressed.
Bought the 6800 a month back still in the box, bought this now first going back. Not too crazy about the quality control lottery here....but costco return for 3 years....roll the dice!
I bought this model last time on sale at Costco. It worked OK for 5 months then the nozzle cannot move all the way out.
Also the air dryer is not warm at all with the highest temperature setting.
End up returning it back to Costco.
Same thing happened to me, actually it happened to both units I purchased last time from Costco.
Don't bother sending it to Bio Bidet for a fix, they will require you pay for your own shipping and expect you to not have a toilet seat while it's being fixed or, and Customer Rep actually said this to me, use your old seat if you still have it.
What kind of sicko keeps their old toilet seat 7 months after it was removed?!
Needless to say, Costco sent me a replacement unit right away with free shipping label to send back defective unit.

Sounds like this is a common problem with this model... many of the Costco reviews mention the nozzle stops working properly after 4-5 months.
I currently use a dumb bidet because I'm a dumb-ass. Will using this smart bidet make me a smart-ass?
Do you actually have a non smart model? Which one and do you like it? Looking to try one before I invest in power and everything into an expensive model

Toto doesn't have dryer. I went to Costco yesterday with the intention of buying the Toto and didn't because of the lack of dryer.
