I tried calling insight. They can't even locate the item number (that shows on tiger direct)

Anyone know what the item number is on insights system?

The only 7+ showing up in their system when I called were regular priced ones

Got the cancelation email. Even though the top of the email says backorder the shipping status shows as canceled. I had ordered it before the thread was started.

I assume almost all people didn't receive their order?

For those received cancel email and didn't received their order, from what I read, here are the status and email that people are at (or email received)

TigerDirect Order Status: credit card review (or something) -> "All Backordered" -> To Drop Shipper -> Partial Backorder -> ... -> Shipped (currently show as shipped but not actually shipped (?) and nothing is received)

And people which currently has SHIPPED status on TigerDirect Order page may already received
Email received: Cancellation email few weeks ago. Then.... customer follow-up email saying their record indicate your order was completely shipped (when nothing was shipped and nothing was received).

As for your own Credit Card website. The pending charge should be gone already and nothing was shown on the credit card website now and not charged?

As for cashback website, it may actually show order completed(?) and you may actually still have Cash Back Balance for this(?)

Been getting calls from Insight but every time I pick it up it sounds like I'm on hold then they hang up. Anyone place an order through insight?
