This is their base electric model. IO is their highest end model.
This one will be weaker.
I had many Oral B electronic tooth brush over the years. Triump version 1, 5000, 7000, 8000 series.
My GF had 3000 or 1000 series but it ws weaker.
I would go for best one you can afford.
As a side note even number series was slimmer but the seal at the bottom was weak and water was kinda getting in..
I caller Oral-B and I told them to send me 7000 with older design that one is still made in germany and the bottom seal is screwed on. Tighter seal. Fyi
