Why do I even checkmark the little box that says allow substitutions (online orders) when they always just cancel LMAO I don't think I've had a pickup order go right yet. Oh, except the 2 nivea creams.

Also, in case anyone else didn't know, when they modify your order so you pay $0.00 you won't get your points automatically. It has to be at least a .01 charge.
