During the recent Amazon Warehouse 20% off deal I bought a Graco paint sprayer. While looking for paint to use with it I found this at Lowes for $13.50 for 5 gallons. That works out to $2.70 a gallon. Haven't sprayed with it yet so can't tell you how good or bad the paint is, (the reviews show 4 stars but who knows, for $2.70 a gallon I'll give it a shot) but thought I would share in case anyone else could use.

Found stock with Brickseek as online I see "This item is unavailable for purchase online" Brickseek stock was accurate for me.

"Primer recommended". Do all paints say that to sell you primer or should we really use primer?

If it says that , it means you need a primer coat before putting this coat. Without priming, this paint may not stick to the wall. Most expensive paints come as primer and paint combination. Back in the days you had to prime the walls and then paint. Thank goodness those days are long gone.
FYI flat paint is for ceiling where hands don't reach. Flat on wall will get dirty very soon.

You have no clue about being a landlord.
Yes cheap paint is crap. You get what you pay for.
I use cheaper flat paint that covers everytime someone moves out. Flat for walls and ceilings of 1 color and Semi for kitchens, baths and trim.

Of bad reviews on Lowes
Yeah, based on my own very recent experience, ignore those bad reviews. I did a bathroom and bedroom with this express coat from Lowes, almost went back and returned it based on the 1 star bad reviews, but I'm lazy so I figured wth, try it and see. Used flat white for the ceilings, went on smooth and 1 coat was good for the ceiling (white on white so no old different color to hide) 2 coats of eggshell on the walls (ignore the commenter saying semi gloss on walls, that's a terrible idea - glossy paint shows every defect and looks bad). I did primer everything first. You know what I found to be the difference between this paint at the shelf price of $18 a gallon (normal price a month ago for 1 gal.) and the $30 a gallon paint? $12. That's it. There's nothing magical about more expensive paint, it's paint. Don't let snobs who don't have a clue shame or scare you into thinking you need to spend more, it is paint - you roll or brush it on the walls / ceiling, and your walls and ceilings are painted.

Semi gloss for walls IS a slummy move.
eggshell looks better.

For rentals - Flat for walls is not smart.
Means you will be painting EVERY time someone moves regardless of time stayed.
Eggshell is more forgiving...use magic eraser and touchup (on 1-2 year terms, can save a ton of money). Peace
