Lowest in stock at the time of this post is $1305 (excellent condition).
I just bought a fair condition Asus Tuf F15 laptop with the RTX 3060 and it has one tiny little scratch on the top's side edge, otherwise in mint condition. Most of the time, the excellent condition open box items are like new, but the box might be beat up a bit.
It's an incredibly powerful machine for a 14", reminds me of the Gigabyte P34 I used to use for travel. I just wish it had a freaking Ins key.

Yeah, I'm waiting on the Legion refresh with 5800H and 3060, but this laptop also appears great for a smaller compact. Much better pricing than last year's model. If the Legion didn't also support USB-PD, I'd probably have gone with the max-q G14 this year.
I'm curious if your experience with the G14 was due to overdrive on the panel. I'm assuming you don't see the same issue with the Legion overdriven ( I imagine that's the stock setting ) ?

Obviously the legion is a larger laptop but it's a very decent option still especially for $1,099 as the performance is basiclly like a 2070 or lower watt 3060.
I've seen plenty of reviews on the 2020 G14 model, but has anyone found one where the color gamut was actually measured on this 144Hz 1080p panel? I know the Asus spec claims 100% sRGB, but it's a huge factor for me as I'd be using this for portable photo editing on PS+LR.
Alternatively I could look at the refreshed 15" Zephyrus G15 available now, or one of the Legion/Legion Slim models...but I don't know how long I'd be waiting for those to actually show up in the US.

I was looking to do the same as you as I'm a professional wedding photographer and wanted something portable for editing while on the go.
