No webcam is actually what made two people I know get it. They wanted high end laptops but didn't want/need the webcams. They bought better quality webcams too (that are external yes) but they prefer that option for various reasons

Wish they had black like the 1650 one…

FYI, the silver keyboard and backlight make it hard to see the keys. It's mentioned in pretty much all reviews…

Wish they had black like the 1650 one…

Bestbuy open box is a gamble. But for a laptop, id expect an issue, either physical scratches on the screen, or trackpad, or something doesnt work right like the wifi NIC. So it depends on if youre willing to deal with likely returning it.

Nicest laptop I've ever owned. In the past I've had MacBook Pro 15, Dell XPS 15, and this is so much better than those.

Added bonus, when I'm not using it, it's earning me about $3/day of Bitcoin using Nicehash Quickminer at 34 MH/s. By the 1 year mark it will have paid for itself.
