Incorrect. There is 8gb that is soldered. The other 8gb you can swap out to a single 32gb for a total of 40gb.

I'd personally hold off until the 2022 refreshes release and settle. This year's offerings will have a webcam and a mux switch. I am hoping they will be at the starting prices, which will further drop the price of the 2021 models. 2021 was amazing on release amazing today, but webcam and mux might be enough for some folks to go 2022.

Prices are expected to go up this year on the newer models due to chip shortages and DDR5. If you need portability at this moment, sure go and buy it, if not hold until midyear and let's see the offerings.

IMO 9/10
Biggest complaint is the noise during loads. Its like an airplane.
Performance wise, it is insane. I only play valorant but this gets 240+ FPS on 1440p max settings.
This is only slightly lower than my 2060Super+3900x DESKTOP….
Another downside is no mux. On its own screen it only gets 190 FPS 1080p….as we can see the mux makes a huge difference because thats LOWER FPS on a lower resolution!
But anyways…screen is too small to play directly so prolly will need a monitor anyways.
