I have bought 2 refurbished items from Dyson. The original yellow vacuum 9 years ago that we still use to this day. Plus I bought a refurbished hair dryer for my wife 3 years ago that she is still using. So I have to say I'm impressed with their refurbished items as long as Dyson is doing it.
Interesting. Might give it a shot then. There's manufacturer refurbished items all over eBay, Walmart and Newegg. Sold directly by dyson and literally all have terrible reviews.
Was the vacuum you bought cleaned out nicely? thinking about getting this one. Wife's sort of a germophobe
